Cílem této práce je pomoci zkoumanému podniku začít s řízením znalostí. Práce začíná literární rešerší, na jejímž základě je vytvořen teoretický konstrukt. Teoretický konstrukt nastiňuje, že efektivní sdílení znalostí závisí na správné kombinaci vnitřní a vnější motivace zaměstnanců, faktorů umožňujících sdílení znalostí a na přítomnosti překážek sdílení znalostí. The goal of this thesis is to help a case company to get started with knowledge management. The thesis begins with a literature review based on which the theoretical construct is created.
