Diplomová práce na téma Duševní vlastnictví a informační sítě se zabývá ochranou autorsky chráněných děl v internetovém prostředí. Specifikuje, co za dílo v tomto prostředí považovat můžeme a co nikoliv, jak je s ním zacházeno a jak k němu získat oprávnění. Popisuje peer-to-peer,warez a technické prostředky ochrany práv.
Abstract:
Diploma thesis Intellectual property and information networks describes the protection of copyrighted products which are published or released online.
