Tématem této diplomové práce je popis systému státní sociální podpory, charakteristika jednotlivých nepojistných sociálních dávek a analýza jejich vazby na bydlení. V praktické části je zaměřena na posouzení nákladovosti státní sociální podpory v čase ve vazbě k bydlení a komparaci cen nemovitostí a výše nájemného v jednotlivých krajích ČR.
