Ways to reduce costs in company LUX-IDent s.r.o.

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je hledání cest vedoucích ke snižování nákladů, jež by mohly přispět ke zlepšení finanční situace ve společnosti LUX-IDent s.r.o. Teoretická část je zaměřená na definici základních pojmů, především na různá hlediska členění nákladů, analýzu bodu zvratu a kalkulační metody. V praktické části je popsán systém řízení nákladů a vývoj finanční situace ve firmě jakož i její stability v posledních pěti letech, dále je provedena analýza současného stavu včetně SWOT analýzy a na závěr je provedeno zhodnocení a možná doporučení.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to find ways of reducing costs, which could contribute to improvement of the financial situation in the company LUX-IDent s.r.o. (Ltd). The theoretical part of the thesis is concentrated on the definition of basic terms, particularly on different ways of costs structuring, break-even point analysis and methods of costing. The practical part describes the system of cost management in the company, its progress in terms of its financial stability within last five years as well as the analysis of the current situation including SWOT analysis resulting in suggested corrective measures, while the conclusion consists of a concise summarisation, assessment and potential recommendations.
