The diploma thesis is focused on the diverse activities of the clerk of the Financial Appeals Directorate, who reviews the decisions issued in tax administration, on the basis of regular remedies (appeal, dissolution), extraordinary remedies (permission to resume proceedings) and supervisory remedies (orders to renew proceedings and regulations review of the decision).
