Diplomová práce se věnuje metodologickým limitům interpretace práva. Nenahlíží však téma jen z pohledu mezí výkladových metod, ale nastiňuje komplexnější pohled, který zahrnuje institucionální vlivy, teorie argumentace či filosofickou podmíněnost právního výkladu. The diploma thesis deals with methodological limitations of legal interpretation. It does not focus only on limits of methods but it draws a more complex view which includes institutional determinations, theories of argumentation or philosophical foundation of legal interpretation.
