Structure and contemporary physical condition of housing estates in the City of Olomouc

Abstract:

Hlavním cílem této práce je analyzovat vlastnickou strukturu, fyzickou prostorovou strukturu a fyzický stav domů hromadného bydlení ve městě Olomouci. Zároveň je cílem také poznání vztahů mezi těmito faktory. Práce je obsahově rozdělena do osmi kapitol, přičemž v úvodu jsou uvedeny cíle a metody práce. Teoretická část práce obsahuje kapitoly, které se postupně zabývají vnitřní prostorovou strukturou města a jejími složkami, hromadným bydlením a formami vlastnictví, sídlišti a prefabrikací (historie, problémy, charakter), bytovou politikou České republiky a Programem NOVÝ PANEL, dále charakteristikou a historicko-urbanistickým vývojem Olomouce. Následující dvě kapitoly jsou stěžejními: sedmá kapitola vymezuje a charakterizuje morfogenetické zóny města a poslední osmá kapitola shrnuje výsledky internetového a terénního šetření, jsou zde uvedeny grafické výstupy korespondenčních analýz z programu PASW Statistics 17.0 a také kartodiagramy základních sídelních jednotek ve vztahu k vlastnické struktuře a provedeným opravám panelových domů. V poslední kapitole a závěru je potvrzeno, že existuje souvislost mezi vlastnictvím a opravami bytových domů. Mezi přílohami jsou pak uvedeny tabulky počtu obyvatel, analytické tabulky vlastního šetření a fotografie některých bytových domů v Olomouci.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is to analyse the ownership structure as well as the urban physical structure and current physical condition of apartment houses in the City of Olomouc. The other goal is to get to know to the interrelationships among these factors. The thesis is devided into eight chapters. In the introduction, the goals and the methods of the thesis are stated. Theoretical part consists of eight chapters, which deal with the following matters: inner urban physical structure of the city and its components, apartment housing and the forms of property, housing estates and prefabrication (history, troubles and character), housing policy of the Czech Republic and the programme "NOVÝ PANEL". It is also concerned with the characteristics and historical and urban development of Olomouc. Next two chaptairs are fundamental: the seventh chapter defines and characterizes morphogenetic areas of the city and the last eight chapters summarises the results of internet and terrain research. The correspondence tables schemes of the analyses of the programme PASW Statistics 17.0 are given in this last chapter. The chapter also contains map charts of basic urban units in relationship with property structure and repairs made on prefabricated buildings. Last chapter and the conlusion confirms that there is a connection between ownership and repairs made on prefabricated buildings. In the appendices there can be found the charts of number of inhabitants, analytic charts of the research itself and photographs of some apartment houses in Olomouc.
