Investment project and assessment of investment s efficiency

Abstract:

Předmětem této diplomové práce je posouzení dvou investičních záměrů z hlediska efektivnosti investice v konkrétní společnosti. Teoretická část této práce je zaměřena na popis jednotlivých metod využívaných k hodnocení podnikové investiční činnosti a analýze finanční situace podniku. Popsané teoretické poznatky jsou následně přeneseny do praktické části práce. V této části práce jsou oba investiční projekty hodnoceny vybranými metodami. A na základě výstupu z finanční analýzy společnosti je nevržen optimální způsob financování a doporučení, který záměr by mohl být pro společnost vhodnější.

Abstract:

The subject of this thesis is the assessment of the two investment projects in terms of efficiency investments in specific companies. The theoretical part of this work focuses on the description of the methods used to assess corporate investment activity and analyze the financial situation of the company. Described theoretical findings are then transferred to the practical part. In this part there are two investment projects evaluated selected methods. Both investment projects are based on the output of the financial analysis of the proposed optimal method of financing and advice that intention could be more suitable for the company.
