Abstract:
Diplomová práce obsahuje v teoretické části popis v oblasti řízení kvality a Lean Six Sigma. Praktická část je zaměřena na aplikaci nástrojů dle metodiky DMAIC do výrob-ního podniku za účelem optimalizace procesů. Vyhodnocení je stanoveno na základě naměřených dat jednotlivých procesů z mokré výroby. Cílem práce je aplikace metodiky Six Sigma a nástrojů zeštíhlování výroby do výrobního prostředí. In the theoretical part the diploma thesis contains a description in the field of quality management and Lean Six Sigma. The practical part is focused on the application of tools according to the DMAIC methodology in a manufacturing company in order to optimize processes.
