Porovnání konstrukčních a materiálových řešení provádění tepelných izolací obvodových stěn

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem zateplování obvodových stěn objektů. Obsahuje přehled materiálových a konstrukčních řešení používaných pro zateplování obvodových stěn, jejich popis s hodnocením kladů a záporů a základní cenovou kalkulaci. Dále je zde řešena problematika tepelných mostů. Čím více je zateplena obálka budovy, tím větší vliv na celkové tepelné ztráty objektu mají právě tepelné mosty. Popis materiálových řešení obsahuje sjednocenou tabulku se základními vlastnostmi jednotlivých materiálů. Práce také obsahuje základní výkresovou dokumentaci konkrétního objektu, na který aplikuji navržené zateplovací systémy. Pro tento konkrétní objekt jsou zde popsány vhodné systémy vybrané podle předem popsaného klíče, který obsahuje nejdůležitější kritéria pro volbu materiálu a konstrukce, a dále zpracované a vyhodnocené ekonomické náklady jednotlivých konstrukčních a materiálových řešení na zvoleném objektu. Kalkulace těchto nákladů je zpracována v programu Kros Plus. Jako nejvýhodnější systém splňující požadované parametry pro vybraný objekt se dle cenové kalkulace jeví kontaktní zateplovací systém pomocí EPS, který je také v ČR nejpoužívanější.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with a topic of exterior walls insulation. Contains an overview of materials and designs used for thermal insulation of exterior walls, their description of the evaluation of the pros and cons and basic price calculation. There is also tackled the issue of thermal bridges. The more the exterior walls is insulated, the greater effect of building heat loss have just the thermal bridges. Description of material solution includes a unified table with the basic properties of materials. The work also contains the basic drawing documentation of a particular object to which I apply the proposed insulation systems. For this particular object are described appropriate systems, selected by the previously described key, which contains the most important criteria for the choice of materials and construction and further processed and evaluated economic costs of different structural and material solutions on the chosen object. Calculation of these costs is processed in the Kros Plus. The best system with the required parameters for the selected object by price calculation seems insulation system EPS, which is also the most used in the Czech Republic.
