Cílem této bakalářské práce je komplexně zanalyzovat nadnárodní finanční skupinu J&T FINANCE GROUP SE za pětileté období od roku 2018 do roku 2022. Práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části. Teoretická část se zabývá vymezením finanční skupiny, dohledem a regulacemi finančních institucí.
