The Methods of Work with Pre-School Age Children with ADHD

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá metodami práce s dětmi s ADHD. Popisuje poruchu jako takovou i její etiologii a nahlíží na ni z pohledu některých humanitních věd. Zvláště se pak zabývá metodami, které jsou vhodné pro učitele mateřských škol s ohledem na specifika předškolního věku u dětí s hyperkinetickým syndromem. Informace ke každému z podtémat jsou čerpány z aktuálních zdrojů. Empirická část analyzuje dotazníkové šetření s cílem zjistit, jaké metody používají pedagogové v Libereckém kraji. Hledá souvislost mezi teoretickými znalostmi učitelů a jejich schopností aplikovat je v praxi. Zároveň si klade za cíl popsat propojenost údajů o respondentech s jejich výsledky v dotazníku, bude-li nějaká zjištěna. Hodnoty z některých částí empirické studie budou porovnány s dalšími kvantativními výzkumy na stejné téma.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the methods of work with the children with ADHD. It describes the disorder as such and explores it from the point of view of some humanities. It is especially focused on the methods that are suitable for teachers in kindergartens with the respect to pre-school aged children with ADHD. Information to each of the subtopics are taken from the latest sources. The empirical part analyzes a questionnaire survey with the goal to discover which methods are used by the pedagogues in the Liberec District. It searches for a connection between theoretical knowledge of the teachers and their ability to use them in praxis. Besides, its goal is to describe the connection of the data about the respondents and their results in the questionnaire if there is some. The results from some parts of empirical study will be compared with another quantitative researches on the same topic.
