Cílem této bakalářské práce je poskytnout náhled na sociální problémy Viktoriánské doby. Začátek práce se zabýva přelidněním a jeho dopadem na bydlení v Londýně. Dále je pozornost věnována problematice spojené s výskytem nemocí, dětskou prací a ženskou prostitucí. The main objective of this bachelor thesis is to provide an overview of social problems occurring during the Victorian era. The work deals with overpopulation and its impact on the housing situation in London. Furthermore, it elaborates on issues regarding diseases, child labour and female prostitution.
