Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnotit současný systém vzdělávání úředníků vybraných městských úřadů v Praze podle platné legislativy, ověřit potřebnost současného systému vzdělávání, zjistit finanční náročnost současné koncepce vzdělávání a navrhnout zlepšení stávajícího stavu.
