Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce „Controlling ve veřejné instituci“ je analýza základních controllingových funkcí ve veřejné instituci – nemocnici, a navržení odpovídajících opatření s cílem tyto funkce zlepšit. V teoretické části je osvětlen význam a pojem controllingu, blíže pak jeho jednotlivé základní funkce. Praktická část seznamuje čtenáře s konkrétní institucí, jejíž controllingové procesy jsou zde následně analyzovány, zhodnoceny, a na základě toho jsou stanovena doporučení.

Abstract:

The subject of the submitted thesis: “Controllership in the Public Institution” is the examination of basic controllership functions in a public institution – hospital, and proposal of according remedies with goal of improvement. In theoretical part, the meaning and concept of controllership are cleared, its basic functions especially. Practical part enlightens the reader the actual institution and its controllership processes to be analyzed, evaluated as a foundation of making recommendations.
