Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá specifikou turistických expedičních plaveb a postavením na trhu Poseidon Expeditions. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit postavení Poseidon Expeditions na trhu turistických expedičních plaveb. Dílčím cílem je stanovit specifiku turistických expedičních plaveb a navrhnout soubor doporučení pro management společnosti. Dílčím cílem je stanovit specifiku turistických expedičních plaveb a navrhnout soubor doporučení pro management společnosti. Teoretická část pojednává o cestovním ruchu, moderních metodách marketingového analýza a specifice turistických expedičních plaveb. Analytická část se zabývá vývojem společnosti a výzkumem trhu. Návrhová část obsahuje řadů doporučení pro management společnosti, které jsou vypracovány na základě vyhodnocení získaných poznatků. Bakalářská práce je ukončena celkovým shrnutím výsledků.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the specifics of tourist expeditions and the position on the Poseidon Expeditions market. The aim of this thesis is to find out the position of Poseidon Expeditions on the market of expeditionary cruises. The partial objective is to determine the specifics of expeditionary cruises and to propose a set of recommendations for the management of the company. The theoretical part deals with tourism, modern methods of marketing analysis, specifics of tourist expeditions. The analytical part deals with company development and market research. The design section contains a series of recommendations for the management of the company, which are drawn up on the basis of the lessons learned. The bachelor thesis is concluded with a summary of the results.
