Srovnání úrovně spokojenosti zaměstnanců mezi nadnárodními společnostmi a tuzemskými společnostmi v České republice

Abstract:

V předchozí literatuře bylo zjištěno, že spokojenost zaměstnanců má vliv na efektivitu a obrat společností. Stávající literatura na téma spokojenosti bývá specifická pro společnost nebo odvětví, takže v kontextu globalizovaného světa je o ní málo známo. Tato studie si klade za cíl odhalit, jak se může lišit spokojenost mezi zaměstnanci pracujícími v nadnárodních společnostech a zaměstnanci v tuzemských společnostech. Byl spuštěn průzkum, který se ptal zaměstnanců, jak důležité považují různé faktory svého zaměstnání a jak jsou s nimi spokojeni. Ze zjištění průzkumu vyplynulo, že neexistují žádné významné rozdíly, nicméně zaměstnanci nadnárodních společností ani tuzemských společností nebyli s většinou faktorů svého zaměstnání více než středně spokojeni. To naznačuje, že společnosti v České republice by se na obou stranách měly více snažit o zvýšení spokojenosti svých zaměstnanců.

Abstract:

The satisfaction of employees has been found in previous literature to have an impact on the efficiency and turnover of companies. Existing literature on the topic of satisfaction tends to be company or industry specific so little is known about it within the context of a globalised world. This study aims to reveal how satisfaction may differ between employees working in MNCs and employees in domestic companies. A survey was launched asking employees how important they find different factors of their employment and how satisfied they are with them. The findings of the survey revealed that there were no significant differences however, neither MNC nor domestic company employees were more than moderately satisfied with most factors of their employment. This suggests that companies in the Czech Republic, on both sides, should be putting in more efforts to raise satisfaction levels among their employees.
