Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou doktríny plodů z otráveného stromu a jejím teoretickým uplatněním v českém trestním řízení. Primárním cílem je objasnění předmětné doktríny, provedení komparace a zhodnocení přístupu českých soudů k této doktríně. Abstract:
This thesis deals with the fruit of the poisonous tree doctrine and its theoretical application in Czech criminal proceedings. The primary goal is to clarify the essence of the doctrine, to make a comparison and to evaluate the approach of Czech courts to this doctrine.
