Táto diplomová práca sa venuje plánovaniu, kontrole a motivácií v podniku. Teoretická časť je venovaná teórii rozpočtu. Definuje základné pojmy plánovanie, kontrola a rozpočet. V prvej časti je zdôraznený význam plánovania pri riadení podniku, zameriava sa na samotné plánovanie a typy plánov, ich štruktúru a ciele podniku. Druhá časť je zameraná na rozpočtový systém.
