Project of Innovation of the System of Employee Benefits at the Appellate Financial Directorate

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku zaměstnaneckých benefitů. Teoretická část práce se zabývá zaměstnaneckými benefity v kontextu řízení lidských zdrojů a odměňování zaměstnanců. Dále řeší specifika zaměstnaneckých benefitů ve veřejné správě a aktuální trendy. Praktická část práce se věnuje systému zaměstnaneckých benefitů Odvolacího finančního ředitelství. Analytická část práce se zaměřuje na analýzu stávajícího systému a detailní průzkum informovanosti a preferencí zaměstnanců. Projektová část práce obsahuje návrh na inovaci systému zaměstnaneckých benefitů, který byl podroben časové, nákladové a rizikové analýze.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis is focused on employee benefit issues. Theoretical part of this thesis deals with employee benefits in regards of human resource management and employee remuneration. Specifics of public administration employee benefits and current trends in this field are also discussed. Practical part of the thesis is then focused on benefits of Appellate Finencial Directorate employees. In analytical part of the thesis, analysis of the current system and detailed employee knowledge & preferences survey are being performed. Finally, the project part of the thesis brings up a proposal for the innovation of the employee benefits system. Time, cost and risk analysis is then performed for this proposal.
