Tato práce se zabývá problematikou poškozeného, jeho právy a dále adhezním řízením. V úvodu práce je definován poškozený, je odlišen od oběti trestného činu a jsou zdůrazněna jeho práva. This thesis deals with the of the injured person, his rights and adhesive procedural. In the beginning of the thesis is defined the injured person, is distinguished from the victim and is emphasized by his right.
