Abstract:

Diplomová práce "Národně bolševická strana Ruska a legitimita jejího zákazu" se zabývá deskripcí charakteru, historie a vývoje Národně bolševické strany Ruska, aby na základě vytěžených dat posoudila legitimitu jejího zákazu z pozice bezpečnostních studií. Práce je rozdělena do šesti základních částí. První je uchopením tématu sociálními vědami. Druhá se zabývá historickým kontextem národního bolševismu. Třetí charakterem strany. Čtvrtá jejím vývojem a historií. Pátá konstatuje průběh jejího zákazu mocí soudní. A šestá posuzuje legitimitu zákazu. Cílem práce je informačně přispět k u nás nepříliš dobře zmapovanému tématu národního bolševismu a forem současné ruské opozice.

Abstract:

Thesis "National bolshevik party of Russia, and the legitimacy of it´s banning" provides a description of the characteristic, history and development of the National bolshevik party of Russia. It surveys the legitimacy of the prohibition from the position of strategic security studies on the basis of extracted data. The work is divided into the six parts. The first theme is the “grasping” of the topic from the view of the social science. The second deals with the historical context of national bolshevism. The third is about a character of the party. The fourth is about it´s development and history. The fifth notes of the progress of a ban of the party by a Russian judicial power. A sixth assesses the legitimacy of the ban. The aim of the thesis is to help with providing information about the topic of the national bolshevism and forms of contemporary Russian opposition, which is not treated systematically in Czech area.
