Cílem práce je identifikovat proměnné, které v rámci regionu střední a východní Evropy ovlivňují míru mezi-exekutivních konfliktů, a to od doby, kdy tyto státy nastoupily cestu demokratizace po současnost a posoudit míru jejich vlivu na vztahy v rámci exekutivy. The aim of this work is to identify the variables, which in the region of Central and Eastern Europe affect the level of inter-executive conflicts, since these countries embarked on the path of democratization to present and assess the degree of their influence on relations within the executive.
