The Function of Rewards in Pedagogically - Educational work At the First grade of Primary school

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá funkcí odměny ve výchově na 1. stupni základní školy. Problematika výchovy je rozsáhlá, a proto se tato práce zabývá jen jedním významným prvkem, kterým je právě odměna. Teoretická část vychází z různých pohledů na odměny, jejich funkce, druhy, ale i na rizika odměňování ve výchově. Ve druhé části jsou odměny řešeny v rámci školního hodnocení, emocí a potřeb, neboť hlavně pro děti v první třídě se otevírá nové pole působnosti. Praktická ? empirická část je tvořena výzkumem ? řízeným rozhovorem, kterým se zjistilo, jak jsou děti odměňovány, a jak by děti chtěly být odměňovány. Výzkum probíhal na základní škole se žáky první a páté třídy. Výsledky výzkumu byly zaznamenány do tabulek a grafů, u kterých jsou uvedeny přímé poznatky z výzkumu. Cílem výzkumu je ukázat jak se posouvá odměna v očích dětí.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the function of education remuneration in the first degree of primary school. The issue of education is extensive and therefore, this work deals with the only important element, which is just reward. The theoretical part is based on different views on the rewards, their functions, types, but also the risks taken in education rewards. The second part is dealing with the remunerations within the bounds of school evaluations, emotions and needs, especially for the first grade children since the new field of aapplication is to be opened. Practical - The empirical part consists of research - controlled interview, which determined how the children are rewarded or how they would like to be rewarded. The research was conducted on primary school pupils, the first and the fifth grade. The results were reported in tables and graphs, which are given directly from the research findings. This research aims to show how such rewards are seen by the children themselves.
