Práce se zaměřuje na aktuální problematiku stahování hudby z internetu, sdílení zvukových a audiovizuálních souborů, postihy za tuto nezákonnou činnost a vzrůstající tendenci prodejnosti hudby v digitálním formátu. Thesis concentrates on actual topic of music downloading from the internet, sharing music and videos, piracy punishment, increasing tendency of digital music sales. It is trying to put record companies in contrast with nowadays phenomenons such as YouTube and MySpace.
