Project for Finding the Needs of the Client in a Selected Bank within Internet and Mobile Banking

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá projektem pro nalezení potřeb klienta ve vybrané bance v rámci internetového a mobilního bankovnictví. Pro zpracování teoretické části práce byla zásadní literární rešerše tuzemských a zahraničních zdrojů. V diplomové práci je popsán současný stav přímého bankovnictví ve sledované bance, který je založen na interních datech společnosti, která byla poskytnuta pro zpracování projektu. Praktická část této diplomové práce zahrnuje popis silných a slabých stránek dané společnosti a příležitosti a hrozby v bankovním sektoru. Na základě zpracované analýzy v první části, je navržen projekt pro nalezení potřeb klientů, formou návrhu a implementace nové mobilní aplikace pro využití mobilního bankovnictví. V projektu jsou podrobně popsány cesty, jakými si společnost zajišťuje zpětné vazby od klientů a pravidelné vytváření prototypů. Zhodnocení projektové části diplomové práce je završeno časovou, nákladovou a rizikovou analýzou, která upozorňuje na možné problémy při implementaci navrženého projektu.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with a project to ensure the needs of the client in a selected bank within the Internet and mobile banking. Literary research of domestic and foreign sources was essential for the elaboration of the theoretical part of the work. The diploma thesis describes the current state of direct banking in the monitored bank, which is based on internal data of the company that was provided for project processing. The practical part of this thesis includes a description of the strengths and weaknesses of the company and opportunities and threats in the banking sector. Based on the processed analyzes in the first part, a project is designed to meet the needs of clients, in the form of design and implementation of a new mobile application for the use of mobile banking. The project describes in detail the ways in which the company provides feedback from clients and the regular creation of prototypes. The evaluation of the project part of the diploma thesis is completed by time, cost and risk analysis, which comes to possible problems in the implementation of the proposed project.
