Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá pracovní smlouvou a jejími náležitostmi. Práce je členěna do šesti kapitol. Na začátku je pojednáno obecně o pracovní smlouvě a její definici, následně o odstoupení od pracovní smlouvy a informační povinnosti zaměstnavatele. The thesis deals with an employment contract and its terms. The thesis is divided into six chapters. At the beginning, an employment contract and its definition are generally discussed. Then, it is dealt with withdrawal from an employment contract and information liability of an employer.
