Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá motivací administrativních zaměstnanců vybraných okresních soudů k dalšímu profesnímu vzdělávání. Teoretická část vymezuje hlavní aspekty oblasti motivace, vzdělávání dospělých v kontextu celoživotního učení a soudnictví v České republice.
