Analysis of Acquired Communication Skills of Kindergarten Teacher Students

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou komunikačních dovedností u studentů oborů učitelství pro mateřské školy. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část se věnuje definování pojmů komunikace, funkce a formy komunikace, komunikace mezi učitelem a dítětem předškolního věku a komunikační dovednosti. Dále jsou popsány možnosti rozvoje komunikačních dovedností jak u učitelů, tak u studentů. Praktická část představuje realizaci kvantitativního výzkumu skrze dotazníkové šetření, které si klade za cíl zmapovat uplatňování komunikačních dovedností studenty učitelství pro mateřské školy s přihlédnutím k typu absolvované praxe. Cílem je také zjistit způsoby, které tito studenti pro svůj rozvoj komunikačních dovedností užívají.

Abstract:

Bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of communication skills among students of the fields of teaching for kindergartens. The work is divided into two parts. The theoretical part is dedicated to defining the concepts of communication, functions and forms of communication, communication between a teacher and child of preschool age and communication skills. Further, the possibilities of developing communication skills for both teacher and students are described. Practical part represents the implementation of quantitative research through a questionnaire survey, which aims to map the application of communication skills by students of kindergarten teachers, taking into account the type of practice completed. The aim is also to find out about the methods that these students use to develop their communication skills.
