Assessment of Financial Situation Development in the Company Lázně Luhačovice, a.s.

Abstract:

Tato práce je zaměřena na analýzu hospodaření společnosti Lázně Luhačovice, a.s. v letech 20102014. Cílem je zhodnotit vývoj finanční situace v dané společnosti za použití finanční analýzy a navrhnout doporučení pro zlepšení hospodaření. V teoretické části je charakterizována finanční analýza a její využití. Podstatná část je věnována vybraným ukazatelům finanční analýzy. Praktická část se skládá z představení společnosti a následuje rozbor finanční analýzy pomocí vybraných ukazatelů. Na závěr práce je shrnut finanční vývoj společnosti ve sledovaném období a jsou navržena vhodná opatření vedoucí ke zlepšení finanční situace v budoucnu.

Abstract:

This thesis is focused on the analysis of the company Lázně Luhačovice, a.s. in the years 20102014. The main aim is to evaluate progress of the company´s financial situation using financial analysis and make recommendation for effective and better economic management. In the theoretical part is characterized the financial analysis and its application. A substantial part focuses on selected indicators of the financial analysis. The practical part starts with the introduction of the company and then follows the financial analysis of the company using selected indicators. On the end of the thesis stands summary of the financial progress of the company in particular period and suitable measures to improve the financial situation in the future are proposed.
