Tato diplomová práce se věnuje zkoumání vlivu exudátů tzv. vodního květu (cyanobakterií a řas) na raná stádia drápatky vodní (Xenopus laevis). Zvláštní důraz je kladen na možný vliv látek s retinoidní aktivitou, které některé druhy produkují. This thesis studies the influence of so-called „water bloom“ (cyanobacteria and algae) exudates African clawed frog (Xenopus laevis) early states. Mainly emphasised is the potential influence of retinoic-like compounds, produced by some of the species.
