Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou syndromu vyhoření v pomáhajících profesích, se zaměřením na zdravotní sestry v oboru kardiologie. První část se věnuje charakteristice syndromu vyhoření. Popisuje faktory, které ovlivňují jeho vznik, hlavní symptomy a ohrožené profese. Dále se zabývá supervizí, funkcemi a druhy supervize a jejími možnostmi ve zdravotnictví. The aim of this bachelor work is to describe probleme of burn-out syndrome in assisting professions, mainly kardiologie in nurses. The first part is focused on the characteristics of burn-out syndrome. There are main factors described, that influence the beginning of this syndrome, main symptoms and endangered professinos.
