The usage PR instruments for efective inerbal communications

Abstract:

Efektivní komunikace jsou jedním z klíčových pilířů v každé organizaci. Zahrnují systém činností vykonávaných na různých stupních členění organizace. Jednu z oblastí napomáhající k vyšší efektivitě komunikace tvoří i interní Public relations. Tento nástroj komunikačního mixu umožňuje velmi cíleně ovlivnit hodnoty a postoje zaměstnanců a motivovat je k vyšší výkonnosti. Kvalifikovaně řízený systém interních PR tak díky zaměstnancům vede k dosažení úspěchů v komerčním i nekomerčním sektoru. Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou interní firemní komunikace ve společnosti Hewlett-Packard, je zde popsán firemní profil, blíže jsou specifikovány formy a nástroje, které firma využívá ke své interní komunikaci. Prostřednictvím marketingového průzkumu budou potvrzeny či vyvráceny předem stanovené hypotézy a následně navrhnutý realizovatelný projekt na zlepšení vnitrofiremní komunikace.

Abstract:

Effective communication is essential for all organizations. It links the activities of various parts of the organization. The internal Public relations are extremely important for executing effective communication. This implement of communication mix ensures influence of employees´ values and attitudes. It creates the base for motivating to higher efficiency. The system of internal PR, which is qualified managed, leads to success in commercial and noncommercial sector. This thesis targets the problem of the internal communication of the company Hewlett-Packard. The profile of the firm is shortly mentioned here. The tools and forms of the internal communication, which the company uses for its communication, are specified closer here. Via the market research the given hypothesis will be agreed or disagreed here and new project for better internal communication will be proposed.
