Thematic plan as a support for planning teaching

Abstract:

Tématem práce jsou tematické plány, které jsou využívány jako prvek podpory při plánování výuky. Hlavním cílem práce bylo zjistit, zda pedagogičtí pracovníci vnímají tematické plány jako důležité prvky při plánování výuky. Definovaným výzkumným problémem je analýza zkušeností dotázaných pedagogických pracovníků se stávajícím systémem tvorby a využívání tematických plánů na jejich školách? Tento cíl práce byl naplněn primárně v praktické části práce, kdy prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření se 189 pedagogickými pracovníky bylo zjištěno, že 86 % z nich zpracovává tematické plány povinně. Avšak 80 % z nich je vnímá jako důležité zdroje informací pro plánování výuky. Velmi zajímavé je také zjištění, že někteří dotázaní učitelé využívají tematické plány nejen pro plánování, ale také pro vyhodnocování a zvyšování efektivity výuky.

Abstract:

The theme of the work is thematic plans, which are used as an element of support in teaching planning. The main goal of the work was to find out whether the teaching staff perceive thematic plans as important elements in teaching planning. The defined research problem is the analysis of the experiences of the interviewed teaching staff with the existing system of creating and using thematic plans in their schools? This goal of the work was fulfilled primarily in the practical part of the work, when through a questionnaire survey with 189 teaching staff it was found that 86 % of them prepare thematic plans compulsorily. However, 80% of them perceive them as important sources of information for teaching planning. It is also very interesting to find that some interviewed teachers use thematic plans not only for planning, but also for evaluating and increasing the effectiveness of teaching.
