Účelem mé práce není předložit vyčerpávající rozbor problematiky funkce dotčených orgánů ve veřejné správě, ale spíše se zabývat alespoň rámcově postavením dotčených orgánů ve veřejné správě, jejich činností sledující ochranu veřejných zájmů a také úkoly jednotlivých dotčených orgánů podle některých zákonů.
