Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce „Externí financování podniku prostřednictvím cenných papírů kapitálového trhu“ je analýza možností dlouhodobého externího financování podniku prostřednictvím cenných papírů, ale také porovnání s bankovním úvěrem. Část práce se věnuje možnostem dlouhodobého financování podniku a teoretickému vymezení akcií, obligací a bankovního úvěru. Další část je zaměřena na potřebné předpoklady pro financování prostřednictvím cenných papírů, obligací a bankovního úvěru a kroky, které musí být uskutečněny. V poslední části je analýza podniku ČEZ, a.s. a také analýza nákladů na jednotlivé způsoby financování.

Abstract:

The goal of the submitted thesis: “External financing of firms through long – term securities” is to provide an analysis of long – term external financing possibilities for a company through securities and comparison with financing through a bank loan. Part of the thesis focuses on possibilities of long - term financing of a company and defines theoretical framework for analysis of securities, obligations and bank loans. The following part focuses on necessary conditions for financing through securities, obligations and bank loan as well as the steps that need to be executed in order to secure financing. An analysis of the company “ČEZ, a.s.“ can be found in the last part of the thesis along with an evaluation of costs of financing through each of these ways.
