Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá individuálními právy pacientů v České republice. Zachycuje legislativní změny v nazírání na odbornou zdravotnickou péči z pohledu původní a současné právní úpravy. Zkoumá, k jakým posunům došlo v oblasti zajišťování práv pacientů na soukromí a poukazuje na přetrvávající nedostatky, dotýkající se především hospitalizovaných pacientů. This diploma thesis deals with patients' individual rights in the Czech Republic. It covers legislative changes in the professional health care in the terms of prior and current legislation. It examines shifts in ensuring patients' rights to privacy and refers to the persistent shortcomings affecting mainly hospitalized patients.
