Abstract:
Předkládaná diplomová práce se zaměřuje na popis osobnosti uchazeče o službu v profesionálním hasičském záchranném sboru. Vychází z výběrového řízení k HZS, analyzuje osobnostní způsobilost k výkonu profese hasiče. Abstract:
This thesis focuses on the description of the personality of candidates for Service in Professional Fire Fighting Rescue Team. Based on the selection process for the FRRT, it analyzes personal competences for profession of firefighters.
