Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje pohledávkám, jejich vzniku, zajištení a mimosoudnímu vymáhání zejména prostřednictvím inkasních agentur. V teoreticko – metodologické části jsou popsány pohledávky z hlediska jejich vzniku, zajištení a dále jsou zde popsány možnosti jejich vymáhání. This bachelor's thesis is devoted to receivables, their origin, securing and to the extrajudicial recovery, in particular through the collection agencies. In the theoretical - methodological part, the receivables are defined in terms of their origin, securing and further the possibilities of their recovery are also mentioned here.
