Comparison of real estate and stock market
Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce byla analýza realitního a akciového trhu na území České republiky a jejich vzájemná komparace. V první části je nejprve všeobecně definován pojem investice, poté jsou oba trhy představeny z teoretického hlediska. V druhé části dochází k jejich vzájemné komparaci na základě zvolených kritérií. Úplným závěrem práce je zhodnocení a uvedení doporučení pro investory.

The aim of this bachelor thesis was an analysis of real estate and stock market in the Czech Republic and their mutual comparison. In the first part, both markets are presented from a theoretical point of view then an analysis of the markets and their mutual comparison based on selected criteria is performed.
