The principal method of this work is the analysis of the Directive 2010/13/EU and other legal acts which regulate television broadcasting in the member states of the European Union. Autor sa pokúsi vysvetliť dôvody pre reguláciu televízneho vysielania a zameria sa na problémy, ktorým televízne vysielanie čelí.
