Modeling processes in the Department of Informatics GŘVS
Abstract:
Obsahem diplomové práce je oblast modelování podnikových procesů a procesního řízení s důrazem na optimalizaci procesů. Cílem práce je uplatnit metody rámce CAF a zmapovat vybrané podnikové procesy v konkrétní organizaci státní správy (odboru informatiky Generálního ředitelství Vězeňské služby).
Abstract:
Diploma thesis is the modeling of business processes and business process management with an emphasis on optimizing processes. The aim of this work is to apply the methods of the CAF framework and mapping of selected business processes in a specific organization of public administration (Department of Informatics Directorate-General Prison Service).
