Abstract:
Tématem této práce je propojení hudby a textu v písňové tvorbě Johna Dowlanda. V prvních kapitolách se zabývám historickými souvislostmi, Dowlandovým životem a dílem a také písňovou tvorbou v Anglii kolem roku 1600. Pro podrobnější analýzu jsem si zvolila Druhou knihu písní, uvádím zde překlad dedikace a předmluvy k této knize a dále rozbor textů a jejich zhudebnění. Předposlední částí práce je výběr …more
Abstract:
The theme of this bachelor thesis is the connection of lyrics and music in the songs of John Dowland. In introductory chapters I deal with historical background, Dowland's life and work, and song repertoire in England around 1600.
