Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na jednu ze složek řízení lidských zdrojů, a sice výběr zaměstnanců. Cílem je analyzovat a zhodnotit proces výběru zaměstnanců v konkrétní společnosti, případně formulovat vlastní doporučení a návrhy na zlepšení. The work is focused on the one component of human resources management, namely the selection of employees.
