Abstract:

Kvalitní a dobře fungující týmy v sobě skrývají obrovský produkční a inovační potenciál. Práce si proto klade za cíl popsat základní otázky problematiky formování a rozvoje pracovního týmu „Teambuilding“ a okruhy související. Současné tržní prostředí a otázka konkurenčního boje klade na veškeré podnikatelské subjekty vysoké nároky a vyvíjí na ně neustálý konkurenční tlak. Výhoda být o krok před konkurencí je jedním z významných a klíčových faktorů úspěšného rozvoje každé firmy a často i otázka její další existence nebo zániku. V praxi jsou stále patrné nedostatky znalostí této problematiky a to vpodstatě na všech stupních řízení, včetně vysokého managementu. Přičemž kvalitní a dobře fungující pracovní týmy představují obrovský potenciál v oblasti produktivity a efektivity, jakož i jejich nedocenitelný význam v procesu inovace a rozvoje produktů i vlastní firmy.

Abstract:

There is a huge potential of production and innovation encompassed in quality and well-working teams. Therefore, the main aim of this thesis is to describe the basic issues of shaping and development of the working team – “Teambuilding” and related issues. The current market environment and the question of the competition fight lay great demands on all the entrepreneurial subjects which results in constant competitive pressure. The advantage of being one jump ahead of the competitors is not only one of the key factors of successful development of each company but also a matter of the company’s further growth or decline. In practise, there can still be seen lack of knowledge in almost all levels of management, including senior management. However, quality and well-working working teams comprise a huge potential in the area of productivity and efficiency. They also represent an invaluable component of the process of innovation and development of both products and the company itself.
