The biggest Bureaucratic Obstacles affecting Business Environment in the Hotel and Gastronomy Industry in the Czech Republic and Slovakia

Abstract:

V mé diplomové práci se zabývám z mého pohledu největšími byrokratickými překážkami, které ovlivňovaly podnikatele v hotelnictví a v gastronomii v uplynulých pěti letech. V teoretické části se zaobírám pojmy jako je definice byrokracie, legislativa a s tím spojená elektronická evidence tržeb. Další částí je trh práce a práce na černo, kdy právě elektronická evidence tržeb měla za úkol narovnat podnikatelské prostředí nebo redukovat práci na černo. V analytické části se zabývám především elektronickou evidencí tržeb a byrokratickými podmínkami, které se mohou vyskytnout na straně zaměstnavatele při hledání pracovníků i na straně zaměstnance při hledání práce. Vzhledem k růstu ekonomiky od roku 2015 a nedostatku zaměstnanců byly reakcí vlády navýšené kvóty. Kvóty ale bohužel neřeší problém, který se týká nedostatku zaměstnanců v hotelnictví a v gastronomii. Byrokratická náročnost a zdlouhavý proces je největší překážkou.

Abstract:

In my theses, I deal with the biggest bureaucratic obstacles, that have affected entrepreneurs in the hotel and gastronomy industry in the past five years. The aim of the work was to identify the biggest bureaucratic obstacles. Electronic records of sales and employment of foreigners, and therefore the process of finding an employee in a job market other than the Czech one, more specifically from third countries. In the theoretical part, I deal with concepts such as the definition of bureaucracy, legislation, and Electronic records of sales. In the analytical part, I deal mainly with the Electronic record of sales and bureaucratic conditions that may occur on the part of the employer when looking for workers and on the part of the employee when looking for work.
