The influence of massage emulsion on kinetics of lactate graph under endurance type of load.

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je přispět k objasnění problematiky vlivu masážní emulze na kinetiku laktátové křivky po zatížení vytrvalostního typu. V teoretické části práce jsou popsány formy regenerace, především sportovní masáž a jaké masážní prostředky jsou vhodné k použití. Podrobně jsou popsány účinné látky v zelené regenerační emulzi a možný vliv placeba efektu. Dále je charakterizován laktát a jeho význam. Ve výzkumné části testujeme na 14 probandech účinnost masážních emulzí pomocí čtyř odběrů kapilární krve. Krev byla odebrána před zátěží, po zátěži a dvakrát po nanesení emulze. Zatížení proběhlo formou progresivního člunkového během na 20 m. Na základě výsledků měření byl zjištěn možný vliv regenerační emulze na snížení hladiny laktátu v krvi.

Abstract:

The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to introduce the problems connected to the effect of massage emulsion on the kinetics of the lactate graph after endurance training. In the theoretical part of the thesis are mentioned the forms of regeneration, mainly the sports massage and the most suitable massage elements for usage. The main focus is put on the description of effective substance in the green regeneration emulsion and the possible effect of the placebo effect. Afterwards there is the characteristic of the lactate and its purpose. In the practical part, the study shows the effectiveness of massage emulsion at the group of 14 participants by taking their capillary blood for four times. The blood tests were done before, after and twice after the application of emulsion. The load was presented by bleep test for 20 m. The presented results show the possible effect of the regeneration emulsion on the decreasing level of the lactate in the blood.
