Abstract:
Trestní řízení je zákonem upravený postup příslušných orgánů státu. Cílem je zjistit, zda byl spáchán trestný čin, zjistit jeho pachatele, uložit mu spravedlivý trest nebo rozhodnout o ochranném opatření a takové rozhodnutí vykonat. The criminal procedure is the proceeding of the respective state authorities and is regulated by the law. The purpose is to realize if a criminal act has been committed, to find its perpetrator, to impose him the rightful punishment or to decide about a protective measure and to execute such a decision.
