The Most Common Problems of Stoma Patients in the Care of Intestinal Stoma

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá komplikacemi, které mohou vzniknout u pacientů s vytvořenou střevní stomií. Je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části je popsána anatomie a fyziologie tenkého a tlustého střeva, typy stomií, indikace k založení stomií. Dále jsou zde popsány komplikace, které mohou vzniknout v časném a pozdním období po založení stomie a jejich řešení, práce stomasestry a druhy stomických pomůcek. Dvě krátké kapitoly jsou věnovány edukaci a standardům. V úvodu praktické části jsou zpracovány statistické údaje u hospitalizovaných pacientů se stomií. Dále jsem vybrala tři kazuistiky pacientů se stenózou stomie, kde jsem se při vypracování ošetřovatelských postupů zaměřila hlavně na jejich edukaci. Na závěr práce jsem vytvořila návrh standardu pro edukaci pacienta o provádění dilatace stomie a edukační materiál pro pacienty se stenózou stomie.

Abstract:

My thesis relates to the complications that can appear at patients with arisen stoma intestinale. The thesis is devided into theoretical and practical parts. In theoretical part, there is described the anatomy and physiology of small and large intestine, types of stoma, indications for establishment of stoma. Afterwards, there are described complications that can appear in early or later stage after establishment of stoma and their solutions, work of ostomy nurses and kinds of stoma ads. Two short chapters are devoted to the education and standards. At the beginning of the practical part, there is compiled statistic information at hospitalized patients with a stoma. Next I selected three case reports of patients with stenosis of the stoma, where I was in the development of nursing practice focused mainly on their education. At the end of the work I created a draft standard for patient education on the implementation of stoma dilation and educational material for patients with stenosis of the stoma.
