Analysis of Changes of the VAT in CR 2008 - 2013
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá změnami zákona o dani z přidané hodnoty. Porovnává tyto změny a novely v rozmezí let 2008 - 2013. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do pěti kapitol, kde je popsána historie daní a daňovýc teorií, daňový systém v České republice, konstrukce DPH. Dále jsou v této práci popsány jednotlivé novely a zhodnocení účinnosti.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the changing law of value added tax. It compares this changes and amendment among years 2008 to 2013. The thesis is divided into five chapters, which describes history of taxes and taxes theories, tax system in the Czech Republic and construction of value addes tax. Further, in this thesis, there are described each amendment and evaluated efficiency.
